O.K Sorry about the Sao biscuits for those not Australian reading this...here is the link to Sao's I dont know what the alternative would be elsewhere...but basically its a cracker you would put cheese ot tomato on. Its square which makes it perfect for this recipe. We used to be able to buy a biscuit called Lattice, which had a sticky sweet top and this was used, but I dont think they are available here anymore, and the sao for me is much better.
